70 g of wheat flour
250 g milk
300 g bacon
100 g of tomato
4 large eggs
100 g cream
1 zucchini
100 g of shredded emmental cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Worcestershire or English sauce
For the mass
200 g of mass breeze or broken

Preparation of Quiché thermomix

Preheat the oven to 180 °.

Add the tomato, diced bacon, cheese and zucchini to the glass of the thermomix and set 5 seconds at 5 speed.

Add the cream, flour, eggs and milk. Mix all 10 seconds at 3 speed.

Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, or replace it with English sauce. Mix 10 seconds at 3 speed.

Grease a mold with butter and cover with broken dough or breeze. Empty our quiche mixture in the center. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °.
