Ingredients to make Rice with milk

1,50 kg of whole milk
200 g of rice type pump
half the skin of a lemon or a small orange
1 stick of cinnamon
230 g of sugar
70 g butter
cinnamon powder, to decorate

Preparation of Rice with milk

Place the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix. Place the milk, rice, lemon peel or orange and cinnamon in the glass.

Add the sugar and butter. Sample 10 minutes at 90º in 1 speed.

Pour into a dish, remove the skins from the citrus fruits and the cinnamon stick, letting it cool. Garnish with cinnamon powder.

Suggestions

To make it more creamy, 300 g of whole milk can be substituted for the same amount of evaporated milk. If you prefer more liquid use 170 g of rice instead of 200, or add some more milk at the end of the preparation.

  1. Thanks for the recipe, it has been delicious for me. I added a touch of sugar to the cinnamon that sprinkles over to see how it is and gives a curious and rich result
