The rice with milk is typical of the gastronomy of many countries. A delicious delicacy that has become popular thanks to its simplicity of elaboration and abundance of its ingredients. We bring you the best recipe for rice with milk in the thermomix.

rice pudding in the thermomix

Today I bring you the rice pudding recipe, one of my favorite potres without a doubt, the best of all is that it is not necessary to be stuck to the pot stirring so that it does not burn, without additives and much tastier than the one sold in the supermarket.

It can be served with a touch of cinnamon, sprinkling it on its surface, although this of course will depend on the tastes of each one, I add enough since I love it. It is best to let it rest for several hours in the fridge and serve it directly as soon as you take it out of the fridge, nothing like a rice with cold milk made in the Thermomix.

An infallible trick to make rice pudding even richer is to add a small pinch of salt, I emphasize small - this will highlight the taste of milk.

Whether you have the vorwerk Thermomix in its variants TM31, TM21, TM6, TM6 or even an alternative kitchen robot such as those of ALDI, LIDL or Taurus, with the same recipe you can prepare rice pudding in any of them.

1

Place the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix. Place the milk, rice, lemon or orange peel, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in the glass.

2

Add the sugar and butter. Sample 10 minutes at 90ΒΊ in 1 speed.

3

Pour into a dish, remove the skins from the citrus fruits and the cinnamon stick, letting it cool. Garnish with cinnamon powder.

Suggestions
4

To make it more creamy, 300 g of whole milk can be substituted for the same amount of evaporated milk. If you prefer more liquid use 170 g of rice instead of 200, or add some more milk at the end of the preparation.

5

Enjoy the recipe a lot, let it always rest at least 2 for hours in the fridge so that the rice pudding is as cold as possible, and if possible, the next day tastes much better πŸ™‚
