Realfood donuts in the Thermomix

Ingredients to make realfood Donuts in the Thermomix

For the realfooding donut dough
 140 grs cooked pumpkin
 85 grs of dates
 30 grs cocoa powder
 35 grs oat flakes
 2 eggs
 2 teaspoons baking powderroyal type
 1 pinch of salt
To cover the realfood donuts
 150 grs dark chocolateminimum 70%
 150 grs of whole milkor vegetable drink

Preparation of realfood Donuts in the Thermomix

Let the dates soak for at least 20 minutes before starting the preparation. Once this time has passed, bone them.

Chop the pumpkin and place it in the thermomix glass along with 50g of water. Program 15 minutes at 100ºC, reverse rotation, speed 1.

Add all the ingredients for the dough and cook for 20 seconds at progressive speed 5/10.

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Fill the donut molds and bake between 15 and 20 minutes at 180ºC, unmold as soon as you remove.

Wash and clean the Thermomix glass. We will need it for coverage.

How to make the chocolate topping for real fooding donuts

Place the milk and the chocolate in pieces in the Thermomix glass, program 5 seconds at speed 6.

Use the spatula to lower the chocolate remains from the walls of the glass, cover and put the beaker in position. Program 7 minutes at 90ºC, speed 3.

Cover the healthy donuts with the melted chocolate and leave to cool on a tray or plate.
