Preparation of PlayDough Plasticine in the Thermomix

1

Boil the water in the kettle or a pot.

2

While the water is boiling, put the salt in the thermomix glass (clean and very dry) and we will crush it very fine by programming 10 seconds at 8 speed - do not uncover it even so that the powder seats.

3

When the water is boiling, add the cream of tartar to the salt powder we have just prepared and mix everything for 3 seconds at 8 speed.

4

Add the boiling water to the glass and cook for 4 minutes at 60 ° C at 4 speed.

5

Add the flour and mix all 40 seconds at 3 speed.

6

Add the oil and program 20 seconds at 3 speed.

7

With the spatula, take out the mixture and put it somewhere where you can finish kneading it with your hands - if you have a better marble than better. Integra everything as if you knead a bread.

8

Separate the dough into balls according to the colors you are going to prepare. Open in each of them a hole in the center and drop a few drops of dye. Knead until it is homogeneous. If it is sticky or very soft, add a little more wheat flour while kneading - one teaspoon at a time.

9

This mixture lasts several months - then it dries, so that it lasts as long as possible, keep in airtight containers or zip bags without holes - the air is what spoils it.
