Prepare the Pasta dough in the Thermomix It is extremely easy and fun - 4 ingredients are not needed if not: strength wheat flour, eggs, oil and salt - being the biggest secret for an exquisite paste to come out the proportions of these 4 elements.

The eggs should be medium - 1 egg for every 100g of wheat flour, a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 pinch of salt - that gives us a portion of delicious fresh pasta. So if at home we are 3 we usually put exactly 3 eggs, 300gr flour, 3 pinches of salt and 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.

We can add a touch of color suffering in the oil some spinach leaves, or carrots - even a piece of beet - that will give us a different and appetizing touch.

Ingredients for making Pasta dough in the Thermomix

300 g strength wheat flour
3 Eggsmedium
3 pinches of salt
3 cdta Of olive oilIf it is extra virgin, better
Optional - to make colored paste
1 Carrot piece
1 Beet slice
2 Spinach leaves

To make a coloring oil

Sauté the spinach, carrot or beet over medium heat - do it with more oil than indicated since the piece will absorb part of it. Extract the remains and strain the oil. Replace the recipe with this one.

Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass and program 20 seconds at 6 speed.

Program 2 minutes in spike speed (knead) with this you will get everything to integrate well. If the dough is sticky add one more tablespoon of flour and knead another 60 seconds.

Wrap in transparent film or in a container with a lid that does not leave much air and let stand 60 minutes - it is important to respect this time.

Remove the film and spread the dough with a roller. You can use some flour to help it not stick to the table, roller or your hands.

Fold and repeat as many times as you need to get the desired shape.

Cut the pasta with the shape and thickness you prefer - there are machines for this process that are great and economical.

In a pot, put plenty of water, salt and a splash of oil. Boil it and when it is boiling add the pasta.

You can freeze fresh raw pasta if you wish.
