I have hooked these cookies! I've been preparing them for several weeks and they have become my favorite mid-morning escape during the workday. I love!!! They are prepared in a trice, and although it is not necessary to use the Thermomix to make them, I recommend it for its ease of preparation and the little time they require.

 100 grs oat flakes
 20 grs grated coconut
 150 grs bananawell mature
 3 egg yolks
 ½ teaspoons baking sodaor chemical yeast
 1 vanilla zestor vanilla essence
 30 grs butter

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass and mix 20sg / speed 6.

With two spoons, form balls the size of a cherry and place them separately from each other on the prepared trays. Roll them into balls or flatten them.

Bake in two batches for 15 min (180 ° C) or until golden brown. Let cool and serve or keep in an airtight can or container in the refrigerator
