2

Place the eggs in a bowl and mix 5 seconds / 3 speed. Cover the flat Varoma tray with a large piece of wet baking paper (so that the paper overlaps the sides of the tray approximately 2 cm) and pour the eggs into the tray. Reserve.

3

Rinse the glass. Weigh the coconut milk and water and place the lid without the beaker, we weigh the rice on it.

4

Place the basket on the lid and weigh the rice in it. Rinse thoroughly with running water, then insert the basket into the Thermomix glass.

5

Place the tray in its position and program 20 minutes (basmati rice) or 35 minutes (brown rice) at Varoma temperature / 4 speed.

6

While the rice is cooking, cut the chicken, bacon, vegetables, peel the prawns, etc. place the vegetables in the deep tray of the Varoma as you cut them, the hardest and the meat at the bottom, while the softer vegetables, nuts and / or seeds should be up.

The steam will not start cooking what's in the Varoma until approximately 10 minutes after turning on the thermomix, so you have time to put everything on the tray before that.

It is important to keep the varoma covered, every time you add an ingredient, cover it again.

7

Check after 20 minutes to see if everything is cooked. (With brown rice, only add vegetables and eggs when there are 15 minutes left so they don't cook too much).

8

Remove Varoma and place the lid aside, also remove the upper tray of the varoma where the eggs are and set aside to cool slightly.

Remove the rice basket with the help of the spatula and place the rice in the deep tray of the varoma, next to the meat and vegetables.

Slice the egg into the tray using the spatula, and put it on the tray of the varoma with the rice. Season to taste with a little tamari sauce / soy sauce / sweet chili sauce, mix carefully and serve hot!
