4 medium green tomatoes
200 g of wheat flour
200 g cornmealIf it is PAN brand it is better
3 eggsto beat

1 cup of mayonnaise
1 chive
1 green celery
1 garlic clove
1 sprig of parsley

1 drizzle of Perrins sauce
1 cdta of sweet pepper of the vera
Pepper to taste

First we make the Remoulade sauce

Add the juice, mayonnaise, chives, celery, garlic, parsley, mustard, ketchup, salsa, perrins and spices to the thermomix glass and program 10 seconds at 3 and 1 / 2 speed .
