dough for pizza in the thermomix

The secret of a good dough for pizzas It's in the flour used. I always choose flour for strength, it does not matter the brand as long as it is strength that is used to prepare the bread. Another point is not to exceed with the kneading, this lowers the quality of the crumb. The Thermomix It is excellent when we prepare Pizza dough because we can regulate the kneading without tempting us to exceed beyond what the recipe asks us.

We can add a bit of corn flour by extending the dough over the mold, this adds a delicious and different touch - a very thin crunchy layer. Flour bread is the brand that I buy in the supermarket and what I usually use for this purpose.

Respect the resting time of the mass when removing it from the Thermomix and enjoy a delicious pizza 🙂
