Brownie in the Thermomix

Chocolate brownie in the Thermomix

Preparing a chocolate brownie with the Thermomix is a success since in a few minutes we have a delicious dessert that no one can resist, one of my favorite desserts and the one that best fits, since I have been adapting and improving the recipe with the experience.

Where does the chocolate brownie come from?

The browinie is a chocolate cake with nuts product of a culinary error, when an American pastry chef there in 1897 forgot the yeast and did not want to throw away his work, serving it anyway since he considered that with all those delicious ingredients even if it was not fluffy it would have to be Delicious as well all crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The "marroncito" quickly became popular, creating one of the most popular and international desserts.

What to accompany the brownie with?

I love warm, with a touch of microwave, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and some chocolate syrup, a delight - traditional but unmatched.

The other brownies

Dare to prepare brownies your way, change the nuts for hazelnuts, pipes, cashews, pistachios, peanuts or any other nut - if you like it less compact, give it a touch of yeast, half a teaspoon would be enough, don't overdo it. Use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate and vary as much as you like, there is no way you can go wrong with these awesome flavors.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Brownie in the Thermomix

 200 grs dark chocolatefor desserts
100 grs unsalted butteror unsalted margarine
 120 grs of sugar
 3 eggs
 1 teaspoons vanilla
100 grs of walnutsheavy without shell
 90 grs of wheat flour
 1 pinch of salt
 1 spoonfuls cocoa powder

Preparation of chocolate Brownie in the Thermomix

1

The butter and eggs must be at room temperature, before starting the preparation, leave them out of the refrigerator for at least an hour.

2

Preheat the oven to 180ºC, heat up and down.

3

Place the shelled walnuts in the Thermomix glass and chop them for 5 seconds at speed 3. Reserve to use at the end.

4

Place the chocolate in the glass, chopping it by hand, then give it a few turbo strokes, 3 or 4 will be enough to leave it in small pieces. Withdraw and reserve.

5

Place the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix and add the butter together with the eggs, the sugar and the cocoa, mixing everything for 5 minutes at 37ºC at speed 3.

6

Add the flour, chocolate, vanilla, pinch of salt and mix everything for 5 seconds at speed 3.

7

Take the butterfly out of the glass, don't succumb to the temptation to eat the delicious chocolate, come on, I know you will but it has raw egg - you will anyway, I know, when you're done, go to the next step.

8

Add the chopped walnuts in the first step and mix everything with the spatula in enveloping movements, so that everything is well mixed and distributed.

9

Place baking paper on a rectangular mold (or whatever shape you have) and pour the brownie mixture with Thermomix that we have prepared, to remove the air, tap the mold by letting it fall half a centimeter on the table or counter repeatedly, you will see how the small bubbles come out.

10

Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the oven.

11

Remove and let it rest a bit before cutting it, I personally love it warm with that touch of melted chocolate and a good scoop of ice cream. You can decorate with some cocoa powder sprinkled on top of the brownie.
