 450 grs of whole milkor semi skimmed
 95 grs of sugarif you use sweetener, put only 400g of milk
 1 curd envelope
 200 grs Mascarpone or Philadelphia cheese
 Some liquid caramel for the mold

Place all the ingredients of the cheese flan in the thermomix and program 10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4.

Put the caramel in the mold and make it reach each corner of it, this will prevent the flan from sticking.

Pour the mixture into the mold (s) and tap the base of the mold (s) to remove the air. Put it in the fridge and let it set well before serving.
