Preparation of Cauliflower Pizza in the Thermomix

For cauliflower dough
1

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC

2

Put the cauliflower cut into pieces, both the flowers and the stem, take advantage of everything. Grind 10 seconds at 5 speed, a fine grain will remain, like couscous.

3

Place it in a microwave container and heat at maximum power for 8 minutes. Allow to cool a little and squeeze with the help of a cloth by placing the cauliflower in the center and rolling so that all the liquid comes out.

4

Heat again for 2 minutes and add half the mozzarella cheese, stirring with a spatula. The heat will melt it and allow it to integrate with the chopped cauliflower.

5

Let cool and add to the thermomix glass next to the eggs, program 30 seconds at 4 speed in reverse rotation. Finish mixing with the spatula if necessary.

6

Distribute the mixture with the help of a spoon on sheets of baking paper or a silicone tablecloth, leave it to a thickness that we like, I personally like thin-crust pizza so I make it approximately 0.3 cm.

7

Bake for 20 minutes. It takes longer to be ready than a conventional pizza dough, but it's worth it.

For the pizza sauce
8

Enter all the ingredients in the glass and program 30 seconds at 6 speed. Lower what has adhered to the vessel walls with the help of the spatula and program 25 minutes at varoma temperature at 1 speed. Reserve

Put together the pizza
9

Place a splash of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) on our pre-baked base and spread over the entire surface with the help of a kitchen brush or with our fingers.

10

Place the cheese sprinkled on the dough over its entire surface, add the rest of the ingredients cut into small pieces, decorate with some basil leaves and some oregano.

11

Bake 10 minutes at 220 ºC cut and enjoy 🙂
