Put the dates in a bowl and add the cup of milk, letting them rest for 5 minutes so that they hydrate and be able to work them.

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Extract the meat from it and place it in the Thermomix glass along with the banana. program 20 seconds at speed 5.

Add the cuckoo or olive oil, the eggs, the milk, the dates, the cinnamon and program 20 seconds at speed 5.

Add the oat or wheat flour, the bicarbonate, the cocoa powder, the chopped nuts, the vegetable drink, the chocolate in tablet and if you like, a little strevia. Mix everything by programming 20 seconds at speed 4.

Finish mixing with the spatula in an enveloping way.

Prepare a mold or baking dish with a little oil so that it does not stick during baking, you can even place a little greaseproof paper at the bottom to make it easier to remove the brownie.
