Place the butterfly in the glass and add the butter - it should be at room temperature. Also add sugar, eggs and vanilla, mixing everything for 5 minutes at 37 ° C at 3 speed.

Add the chocolate from the 2 step together with the wheat flour and a pinch of salt, mix everything for 5 seconds at 3 speed.

Remove the butterfly from the Thermomix blades and mix everything with the spatula.

Preheat the oven to 180º, if your oven allows it, select heat up and down - no fan.

Prepare a mold with the shape you want to give it, it should have about 25 centimeters. Cover it with a little oil or butter to prevent sticking. Enter in the oven and let it bake for about 22 minutes, check with a stick that is ready, it should come out dry when you click in the middle.

Let cool slightly before unmolding and serving. Hot and ice cream is delicious. Add some red fruits to generate contrast, or use some mint leaf.
