1 medium onion
200 g of patatos
1 tomato
1 cdta garlic pasteor 2 garlic cloves
400 g of varied vegetablescarrots, pumpkin, turnip, leek
1 sprig of parsley(I didn't have - that's why it doesn't appear in the video)
600 g water
1 cdta of salt
1 pinch pepperthat is optional
25 g Of olive oilextra virgin
To decorate
Parsleythat is optional
Fried onionthat is optional
Croutonsthat is optional

Preparation of Vegetable Cream in the Thermomix

Wash, peel and chop all vegetables, add them to the Thermomix glass together with the teaspoon of garlic paste, salt and 600gr of water. Program the Thermomix at 100º in 1 speed for 20 minutes, cover and beakers in place.

Without removing the beaker, empty the 25 grams of olive oil on the lid and crush in progressive speed from 5 to 10 for about 45 seconds, we can give it more time if we like a very creamy texture.

Serve immediately, decorate with a sprig of parsley, croutons and fried onion - all to the taste of the consumer 🙂
