Beef meatballs with apple in the Thermomix

Meatballs are an easy dish to prepare and versatile. There are many ways to prepare them and they can be accompanied in many ways. Turn on your Thermomix that today we bring you some delicious veal with apple.

Is there anything as versatile as veal meatballs? They can be served with sauce, served with rice, pasta, salad, mash. Although there is a basic recipe, each country prepares them in different ways, varying the ingredients according to each culture.

In many Latin American countries they are made from beef, cooked in sauce and accompanied by rice. In Bolivia they are prepared with a chili sauce. In Mexico they use beef or pork.

In Spain, it is usual to make them veal or pork or a combination of both. This time we incorporate apple in our preparation for a delicious mix of flavors.

Ingredients for making Veal Meatballs with apple in Thermomix

1 reineta apple
1 garlic clove
1 cdta chopped parsley
1 onion
600 g minced beef
1 egg
1 tbsp of wheat flour
3 tbsp Of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of Veal Meatballs with apple in the Thermomix

Peel the apple, remove the heart and cut it into pieces. Do the same with the onion.

Place the garlic clove and chopped parsley in the thermomix at 7 speed. Lower the remains with the spatula and add the onion and apple. Program at 3 ½ speed for 6 seconds. Then add the beaten egg, salt and pepper to taste and program at 1 speed for 15 seconds.

Remove the dough. Form medium-sized balls, cover them with flour and fry them in plenty of hot oil for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat and eat!
