When we eat healthy we feel better, we look better and we live better - well they say "you are what you eat." You would not put diesel in a gasoline car, the same happens with our body - you have to give it the right fuel so that it works as it should.

For this I have created the group of realfood recipes in the Thermomix and I invite you to join and share your real food recipes, like our delicious pumpkin cream with Thermomix.

Going back to the realfood cake recipe, don't forget to give it your personal touch, add some dried fruit that you like, or pieces of orange or another fruit that you like and share the result with me through the comments.

Ingredients to make banana and oat cake without sugar in the Thermomix

 6 teaspoon flaked oatmeal
2 Ripe bananasOr canary banana if you prefer
 3 Eggs
 1 spoon chemical yeastRoyal powder
 ½ Lemon
 A little butter
Other ingredients to your likingBlueberries, almonds, walnuts, raisins, grated coconut, etc.

Preparation of banana and oat cake without sugar in the Thermomix

1

To begin we must crush the oats for this the Thermomix glass must be clean and dry. Add the rolled oats and program 25 seconds at progressive speed 5-10.

2

Peel the bananas or plantains and cut them into 3 or 4 parts. The more ripe they are, the better, if the skin is black they will be at their sweetest point. We add them to the Thermomix glass along with the oatmeal and the juice of half a lemon. We program 10 seconds at speed 5.

3

Add the eggs, yeast (Royal powder) and beat at progressive speed 5-8 for 15 seconds.

4

Add your personal ingredients, I have put dark chocolate chips and some blueberries but give it your personal touch with things you like and try your own version of this Real Food cake. Mix well with the spatula and enveloping movements.

5

Grease the mold or tray in which you are going to bake it with a little butter and pour our mixture into it.
You can use a little flour to distribute it in the buttered mold so that it does not stick, a tablespoon will suffice and is optional.

6

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C with heat up and down and fan. If your oven doesn't have a fan, bake at 190 ° C.

7

Take out and let cool well before proceeding to unmold the cake.
